We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.00.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at info@kaseory.com.
General
Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to vendors' distribution centers throughout the United States as soon as they are submitted online. Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify orders placed online. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our vendors and/or shipping partners will be closed in observance of the following holidays for 2026 and will delay shipments from being sent out to the following business day:
