Welcome to Kaseory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kaseory.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Kaseory is an online retailer of mobile device accessories, including phone cases, tablet cases, screen protection, chargers, cables, and related products. You can reach us at info@kaseory.com.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Compatibility

We do our best to display products, colors, and compatibility information accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen's display of any color is accurate. Product compatibility is listed on each product page — please confirm your device model before ordering. Products sold on the Site are manufactured by third-party brands; all trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners, and their use on the Site is for product identification only. Device manufacturer names (such as Apple, Samsung, Motorola, and Google) are used solely to describe compatibility and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Pricing & Errors

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders where information is inaccurate — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or quantities that suggest resale. We may require additional verification before accepting an order. Orders are submitted to our vendors for fulfillment automatically as soon as they're placed, so we're unable to modify or cancel an order once it's been submitted online — but our Refund Policy has you covered.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Product Warranties

Some products sold on the Site may include a manufacturer's warranty or coverage program. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not Kaseory, and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and registration requirements. Except as expressly stated, products are provided without additional warranties from Kaseory.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is the property of Kaseory or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or to scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law. While our products are designed to help protect your devices, no case or screen protector can prevent all damage in all circumstances, and Kaseory is not responsible for damage to devices.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaseory and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaseory and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
